To cancel your Alerts, send a text message with the text STOP to 4INFO (Shortcode: 44636) (or such other number as may be designated on the Web Site and/or WAP Site), or go to the designated page on the Web Site or WAP Site for more information. To cancel any subscription for Downloads (i) if the subscription was obtained via your Carrier, contact your Carrier for cancellation details, or (ii) otherwise, go to the designated page on the Web Site or WAP Site for more information. A cancellation shall become effective at the end of the billing period in which you gave your notice of cancellation. If you cancel your subscription to the Alerts, Downloads or any other subscription service for any reason, we will not refund any of your fees paid to date.
