NBA Mobile (the Service) consists of content located on http://www.nba.com/mobile/ (the Web Site) and http://wap.nba.com (the WAP Site). The Web Site and WAP Site are operated by NBA Media Ventures, LLC (the NBA) in conjunction with Turner Digital Basketball Services, Inc. (Turner). From time to time Turner and/or the NBA may engage certain subcontractors, such as July Systems, Inc., to assist Turner and NBA in operating the Service. This Agreement explains our obligations to you and your obligations to us in relation to the Service.
